This season we are focused on small scale sales of our free range eggs, expanding our herb, vegetable and cut flower gardens and fruit orchards, (all of which are organic), and establishing our presence at the local Farmers Market.

As we continue to refine our infrastructure, we hold a vision to breed Rubia Gallega cattle, a prized Spanish breed which is renowned for the deep yellow fat which is highly aromatic, nutty, and buttery, and results from their exclusively pastured based diet.
